No.F.8(27)/2012-Cord.- Pursuant to the Judgment dated 30.01.2013 passed by a Division Bench of the Lahore High Court, Multan Bench in Intra-Court Appeal No.16/2013 arising out of Writ Petition No. 868/13 (Khan M. Jahenzaib Khan Khichi Vs Election Commission of Pakistan etc.), in partial modification of this Commission’s Notification No.F.8(27)/2012-Cord(1), dated the 11th January, 2013 and in pursuance of the provisions of section 11A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (LXXXV of 1976), the Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to make alterations in the schedule of bye-election in Constituency No.PP-239 Vehari-VIII of the Provincial Assembly of Punjab, as under:
