No.F.3(1)/2011-Cord.- In pursuance of Section 18(2) read with Section 25 of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 (Act No. LI of 1975), and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby publishes the names of the candidates returned un-contested to the Senate of Pakistan against two seats reserved for Technocrats including Uleman from Sindh Province in place of the Members, whose term will expire on the 11th March, 2012, under clause (3) of Article 59 of the Constitution:
