No.F.8(13)/2009-Cord. (1) - Pursuant to the Judgment dated 26-11-2009, (received on 04-01-2010) passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in CPLA No. 236-K (Dr. Sohrab Ahmed Khan Sarki Vs. Mir Hassan Khoso and others), the Hon'ble Chief Election Commissioner hereby calls upon the electors of the Constituency No. PS-15 Jacobabad-IIIof Provincial Assembly of Sindh, to elect a member to fill the seat from the said Constituency, which has become vacant due to set aside of this Commission's Notification No. F.2(6)/2008-Cord(1), dated 15-04-2008 declaring the name of Mir Hassan Khoso as returned candidate from above said constituency and specifies in thereto, the following dates for fresh Election:
