             Islamabad the 15^th January, 2011.- The Hon’ble Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan, with the approval of the President, has nominated the following Judges of Peshawar High Court, as Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officer rejecting or accepting the nomination papers of candidates for Bye-Election to the Provincial Assembly Constituency No. PK-69 Tank:

 

1.       Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel

 

2.       Hon’ble Mr. Justice Syed Sajjad Hassan Shah

 

3.       Hon’ble Mr. Justice Yahya Afridi
