            No.F.1(3)/2009-Confd.(1) WHEREAS, sub-section(1) of section 25A of the Senate (Election) Act, 1975 provides that every member shall, in the prescribed form, submit a statement of assets and liabilities of his own, his spouse and dependents annually to the Commissioner by the thirtieth day of September each year.

 

            AND WHEREAS, sub-section (2) of section 25A provides that the statements of assets and liabilities submitted under sub-section (1) shall be published in the official Gazette.

 

            NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the aforesaid provisions of law and in exercise of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Commission is pleased to notify as per Annexure for information of general public, the annual statements of assets and liabilities for the financial year ending on the 30^th June, 2009, as filed by the members of the Senate up to 27^th  October, 2009.
