The names of Members of the Provincial Assembly, Sindh who have failed to file their statements of assets and liabilities

No.F.1(3)/2009-Confd(3). Whereas, sub-section (1) of Section 42A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 provides that every Member of the National Assembly shall submit a statement of assets and liabilities of his own, his spouse and dependents annually to the Commission by the thirtieth day of September each year.
Whereas, sub-section (3) of Section 42A ibid further provides that the Commissioner shall, by the fifteenth day of October each year, notify the names of the Members who fail to file statements of assets and liabilities within the period specified in sub-section (1) thereof and by an order, direct that such Member shall cease to function till such statement is submitted.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of sub-section (3) of Section 42A ibid and in exercise of all others powers enabling him in that behalf, the Chief Election Commissioner is pleased to notify hereunder, for information of general public, the names of Members of the Provincial Assembly, Sindh who have failed to file their statements of assets and liabilities and direct that they shall cease to function as such Members with immediate effect and till such statements are submitted by them:
