Transfer of 18 Appeals from one Appellate Tribunal to the other Appellate Tribunal
Islamabad, the 14th April, 2013
No.F.2(13)/2013-Cord.- In partial modification of this Commission’s Notification of even number dated the 4th April, 2013, the Election Commission of Pakistan has decided to transfer the following 18 Appeals from one Appellate Tribunal to the other Appellate Tribunal appointed vide this Commission’s Notification referred to above, as under:
