(Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officer)

             Islamabad, the 10^th May, 2006.-  Chief Election Commissioner, with the approval of the President, has nominated Hon’ble Mr. Justice Maqbool Baqar and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ali Sain Dino Metlo, Judges of High Court of Sindh, Karachi to act as Tribunal for disposal  of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officer for bye-election to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from Constituency No.PS-80 Sanghar-III.
