Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officers rejecting or accepting the nomination papers of candidates for general elections in respect of Punjab Province

                        No.F.2(13)/2013-Cord.- In pursuance of sub-section (5) of Section 14 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (Act No. LXXXV of 1976), the Election Commission of Pakistan, with the approval of the President, is pleased to nominate the following Judges of Lahore High Court, Lahore as Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officers rejecting or accepting the nomination papers of candidates for general elections in respect of Punjab Province:

 

1.         Hon’ble Mr. Justice Anwaarul Haq

2.         Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mehmood Maqbool Bajwa
