                        No.F.2(13)/2013-Cord.- In pursuance of sub-section (5) of Section 14 of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (Act No. LXXXV of 1976), the Election Commission of Pakistan, with the approval of the President, is pleased to nominate the following Judges of the High Courts as Tribunals for disposal of appeals against the decisions of the Returning Officers rejecting or accepting the nomination papers of candidates for election to the constituencies of the National Assembly and the Provincial Assemblies specified against each:
