USE OF ORIGINAL COMPUTERIZED NIC OR OLD NIC

            Islamabad, the 22^nd  August, 2005.-   Mr. Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has been pleased to allow the voters to cast their votes on production of either Computerized National Identity Cards or old National Identity Cards and has directed that the Presiding Officers shall entertain only original National Identity Cards whether new or old and no photocopy of the Identity Cards shall be accepted at the time of casting vote by the voters in the 2^nd Phase of Local Government Elections 2005.
