In pursuance to the Judgement, dated 14th May 2012 of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Election Commission of Pakistan has recalled its Notification dated 14th June 2011 declaring the name of Sardar Muhammad Yaqoub Khan Nasar as returned candidate from the National Assembly Constituency No. NA-263 Loralai-cum-Musakhel-cum-Barkhan and restored ECP’s earlier Notification dated 1st March 2008, wherein, Sardar Muhammad Israr Tareen was declared returned candidate form the said constituency.
